Bruce L. Mann, Esquire has been a member of the Maryland Bar and a practicing attorney for over thirty-two years. He obtained a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1987, graduating with honors. He previously was awarded a Ph.D. in Psychology from Cornell University in 1980, and worked as a psychologist. Mr. Mann's law practice focuses primarily on the areas of family law and general civil commercial and business litigation, and over the years he has represented many individuals and businesses in courts all across the State of Maryland, including state trial courts, federal trial courts, and both state and federal appellate courts. Mr. Mann spent his first decade as an attorney working in large downtown law firms, and in 2001 joined two colleagues to found the law firm of Levy, Mann, Caplan, Hermann & Polashuk, LLC where he presently practices law and is a partner in the firm. Mr. Mann also has served as an arbitrator and has testified as an expert witness in a number of cases. For 2015 and 2016, Mr. Mann was named a Maryland Super Lawyer.
